when will my order ship?

2-5 business days from your order date~ after placing your order, you should promptly receive an order confirmation email. you can expect to receive a separate shipping notification email as soon your order is dispatched.

how long will it take to receive my order?

FOR US DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Sticker or 4x6 Print Mail ONLY- No Tracking (1-3 weeks)
USPS Ground (2-8 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days)

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Sticker or 4x6 Print Mail ONLY- No Tracking (1-3 months)
USPS First Class Package International (1-3 weeks)
USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)

what is sticker or 4x6 print mail?

to offer an affordable shipping alternative, i have included the "Sticker or 4x6 Print Mail ONLY" option at checkout. this is available when you're buying ONLY stickers or small 4x6 prints. stickers and 4x6 prints will be shipped in a stamped envelope with NO tracking. if your order contains MORE than just stickers or 4x6 prints, i will need to ship it in a package instead of an envelope, so tracked shipping will be required. i do not offer replacements on lost orders shipped with no tracking.

do you accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations?

i do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds. i can only cancel and provide a refund for an order if it happens to be accidentally duplicated.

can my package be replaced in case it gets lost or damaged during transit?

yes! please message me on this website's contact page with your name + order # so we can figure out a solution :) please note, i cannot offer replacements or refunds on packages that went missing as a result of lacking tracking or due to an inaccurate delivery address. i recommend upgrading to tracked shipping for piece of mind and to avoid heartache ♡

do international customers need to handle customs expenses, duties, or taxes?

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY IMPORT CHARGES AND TAXES THAY MAY BE IMPOSED ON YOUR ORDER UPON ITS ARRIVAL. i do not assume responsibility for these fees, nor are they included in shipping costs! please research and consider any customs fees or duties imposed by your country before purchasing. when your package arrives in your country, it's essential to actively monitor your order's progress and track its status to prevent any potential return to sender issues at customs. kindly provide your phone number in the shipping information so that your local postal service can reach out to you upon your order's arrival in your country.

EU & NON-EU EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: starting from july 1st, 2021, EU customers will be subject to VAT taxes and service fees for all packages, regardless of their value. i, elise ranosa, will not be collecting or remitting VAT import taxes. therefore, these fees will be collected by your country upon your package's arrival at customs. this may cause package delays and additional processing fees. prior to making a purchase, please inquire with your country's customs office to determine potential additional expenses.

why don't you ship to my country?

SHIPPING UNAVAILABLE TO THE UK: US online retailers selling products to UK customers are obligated to collect a 20% VAT fee prior to shipping UK orders. VAT collection, particularly for the UK, is a challenging process for the seller. therefore, i regrettably will not ship to the UK until that process eases up :'(

other than than UK, if your country isn't currently in my shipping zone, please send me an email through the contact page on this website, and i'll be happy to include it~

help, i placed the wrong address in checkout >_<

if you placed an incorrect address, email me within 24 hours of placing your order and i will change it! neglecting to inform me within that time frame will lead to your package being sent to the wrong address or returned back to me. please ensure that the address you provide is accurate prior to placing your order!

if a package was sent back to me from customs due to neglect of paying import fees/taxes or from an invalid address, customers are responsible for paying additional shipping costs for me to re-send it.
